In early 2002, the BALISTYLE Team was invited to join the team from one of Australia's hit lifestyle programs.

The scene for the makeover was located at a place called Gorokan, just North of The Entrance, on the scenic Central Coast, NSW.

This particular Balinese Pavilion was designed specifically for the show. Our team of carpenters was instructed to come up with something that was an absolute breeze to install yet still looked a million dollars.

What ensued was a totally magical transformation of this garden with the Balinese pavilion supplied by BALISTYLE.COM.AU as the centerpiece.

Within a few hours of arriving the Installation team had the pavilion's posts and roof structure already installed and it looked absolutely sensational!!!

But, the best feature of this pavilion was yet to come. The gable style roof structure was designed so that the sheets of Alang Alang thatch grass roofing fit straight onto it; you simply start from the bottom and work your way up. The only cutting required comes when installing the Alang Alang to the gable ends.

All that's left to do is fix the ridge tiles to the apex of the roof and you have yourself a tropical retreat that forms the centerpiece to any backyard. PHEW!! Just in time too!!
